I live in the northern side of Atlanta and moved here this year (2015). I own a single family home out of state that is rented. I am very interested in diversifying my portfolio and adding real estate to it. I want to begin by purchasing a turn-key property and own a couple rentals for cash flow before i begin to flip. I work a full time job and do not have a lot of time or money to flip. i would consider myself a beginner and would love any and all help. Thanks all!
