Co-Founder of Capitol Venture Properties, LLC in Jan 2012 My bussiness partner and I started Capitol Venture Properties, LLC (CVP) in 2012. We specializes in the remote acquisition, rehabilitation, and re-sale of single family residential homes. Capitol Venture Properties has flipped homes in Fresno, CA, Chicago, IL, and Springfield, MO. Additionally, the company holds income property in Tampa, FL and Springfield, MO. CVP acquired a 6 unit apartment building in 2015. We are always looking for great deals as well as private investors.
