I am a retired New York City fireman and a jack-of-all trades. The kids are out of the house and I need to invest! We currently live in beautiful Dunedin, Florida. I've gotten my first taste of real estate investing with my one and only rental which is cash flowing nicely. I'm looking to expand either through hands on flipping, long term rentals, or financing a deal.
