I work for the Military Department and have been a long time investor into stocks. A good friend of mine referred me to "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and now I am hooked on the concept of acquiring assets which generate a passive income. I am interested in having more knowledge and owning real-estate rentals, self storage, RV Parks, real-estate syndicates, etc. Short term goal - Educate myself and save - 4 rentals (4 doors) by the end of 2021 which are turning a profit. Long term goal - In 10 years retire from the Military Department with enough passive income from self storage and real-estate rentals that I don't "have" to work but want to work.
