Hello everyone! I am excited to expand my real estate portfolio and advance my comfort levels! I found long term hold in multi- family properties to be an excellent choice for me. I am currently exploring the idea of Fix & Flip or other creative ways to invest in real estate. The buy and hold for cash flow is getting pretty difficult in NYC & Long Island due to huge increases in cost of living and taxes. I look forward to meeting people of all experience levels, and possibly doing some deals!
