Anthony Theokary

Hi I'm Anthony. I own one property with 4 doors and im looking to build a team to start my flipping business. I'm also getting my real estate license in PA very soon. I would love to hear from and connect with contractors, investors, real estate lawyers, agents and property managers in the South Philly/Philadelphia area. My goals are to have a flipping business in the South Philly area and have that fund the buying of passive income properties. I plan on owning a 100 unit apartment building in Philadelphia (hopefully) or wherever the opportunity comes within the next 10 years. I also want to educted young adults on how to build wealth through real estate once I have proven systems in place in my own real estate investing business.
