Alex Peterson

Work/full-time hobby: I'm an apartment broker at Marcus & Millichap. I work on apartment deals with 8-100 units in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the Pacific Northwest, with my focus on the I-5 corridor between Eugene and Albany/Corvallis. Investment history: I first became interested in real estate while flipping homes with my family beginning in 2007. In 2011, my brothers and I formed an LLC and began flipping in addition to investing in multifamily residential properties. In 2017, I decided to turn my hobby into a full-time career. (10/2018) I have 1 single and 1 multifamily rental, and am in the process of purchasing a second multifamily rental. My brothers and I own ~10 doors, and are currently renovating a single family residence. Personal: I was born and raised in Portland, went to Jesuit High School and then to U of O for a degree in Political Science. When I'm not in the office, I like spending time with my wife running, camping, hiking and skiing - basically just enjoying the outdoors.
