About myself
I am active duty Coast Guard getting ready to retire next year. I currently own one rental SFH in MS and am owner financing another home in Texas. I also just purchased a home in Homer, AK that is on 3 acres and in addition to the main house has two dry cabins that I will be renting out. Homer is a huge tourist town in the summer. I’m looking to learn and connect with others to master real estate investing so I can have financial freedom and give back to others less fortunate.
