I'm ready and eager to learn as much as I can about real estate investing although I have not yet jumped in. BP has been a great tool thus far to learn and connect with similar minded people. I'm open to any mentoring or tips available to me from those that have already done it! In addition, I work for a direct lender that specializes in investor friendly loans. I'm looking to help connect clients with our product and I'm learning lots on and off the clock! We have a pretty specific niche product that works really well for those that match our model.
