About myself
I started my real estate journey in 2018. After hundreds of podcasts and a couple dozen books, I bought my first primary residence in 2019 with a VA home loan in South Austin. I later sold it in late 2021 and I couched surfed until I bought a home with plenty of bedrooms in Houston, Texas which I house hack to eliminate my housing expense. I am currently saving up to purchase my first rental. I am interested in Real Estate economics and marketing trends. I am always happy to connect with other Real Estate junkies.
