I am a native New Yorker now residing in Delaware (Go Figure). I joined BP because I want to make investing my final career change. As a loan officer I've worked with Investors, and through them became a Real Estate enthusiast. I realized Real Estate investing is a Team Sport, and this community is a great place to network, exchange ideas, and keep updated on the latest trends and connect with people from many different professions in Real Estate. If I can use my skills and be of assistance to the community to help as many investors as possible achieve their goals, then that’s my gift to the community. You know the old saying "If you can't be used then your useless"; I hope that the BP community will assist me with their talents to help me achieve my Real Estate Goals. In the end, I hope to make friends, business partners and become a trusted, valuable contributor to the community.
