About myself
I am a part-time real estate investor. My current day job is a Mechanical Engineer working for a MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) Consulting Firm. I have background in designing Mechanical HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems for commercial projects (retail, restaurants, healthcare/pharmaceutical, schools, mixed-use building, etc.) My wife is a High School math teacher in NJ. We both got hooked on BiggerPockets after listening to one podcast and were both looking forward to thriving in real estate investment and continue on our path to success.
