I am seeking an investment partner to purchase multifamily apartment building (12 - 50 units) throughout the Charlotte region to begin building a real estate portfolio. By day I am a member of CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, specializing in global commercial real estate transactions on behalf of a Fortune 500 client. I have over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry where I have negotiated over 1.3 million square feet of lease transactions valued at over $100 million in various parts of the country including New York City, Chicago, and Charlotte, NC. I have worked in all facets of the office sector, including large-scale lease transactions, agency leasing dispositions and investment sales opportunities.
