My day job is more of a night job, so real estate has become my day job. I have extensive experience in data analysis in the science and medical fields, so parlaying my love for breaking down numbers into real estate has been an exciting and tangible application of my skills. For fun I tend to exploit the ocean and outdoors. I ride bikes most everyday. From road to mountain to cyclocross to track, I love them all. I also surf a lot, usually on a longboard or a retro shape. When not riding bikes (and sometimes even while riding bikes) I work towards growing the property acquisition and rehabilitation business my brother and I have initiated.
