Arthur Bates

I am interested in the science of real estate and how it can be used to increase wealth. Experience: I have purchased 7 rental properties so far and all is well. Real Estate Goals: My ultimate goal is to replace all of my monthly income with passive income from rental properties. Education is also important to me. With each property I purchase, I hope to gain something that will make every new purchase an even better deal than the last Currently Seeking: I am seeking a group or collective where ideas and best practices can be shared. I am always willing to learn and pass on what I have learned to others.
