About myself
I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate in Florida and wanted to get into flipping a few properties. I am a Florida Native and I currently own a rental house and a 200' waterfront property with 6 rental slips in a small waterfront community on the Gulf coast. I have been licensed in Florida since 2001. I specialize in Mobile Home Parks, Marinas, and Multi Family units.
