Alex Schumer

I have a full-time job that I really enjoy doing. I want to be doing that job right up until real estate proves to be a better use of my time. I am realizing early in life that my time is just as valuable as the money that I earn. I have a bachelors degree in business. I also own a home with my fiance and our two dogs. I discovered at age 25 that real estate investing was the business niche for me. I could wrap my head around the numbers, how it worked. I also loved that I had more control over it than other business ventures. I plan on treating my real estate deals like an active start-up.
