My wife and I are currently self employed entrepreneurs, and love the level of freedom that has given us. However, with the coming changes in automation, and economic uncertainty in general, we want to transition to real assets to diversify our income stream and provide security. My wife grew up fixing up houses, and we have bought and sold several residences together, however, we have never invested. Looking to get started, as we just moved to a new city that we want to be the forever home.
