Hi, I am Ashek I stared my journey as a real estate investor November 2022, Me and my wife bought our first multi family(3Unit) with the intention of house hacking, we were able to live rent free. We purchase our second house using the subject too method, it was a SFH that we bought from a friend that was going through rough time, made some renovations to the property before selling it for a little profit. My goal for 2024 is to be more engaged and not be afraid to make offers lower then the asking price, follow the BRRRR method to grow our portfolio.
