Noreen Duong

I'm a working mother of 2 young children. My husband and I want to build wealth for our children and live a better lifestyle. I owned and managed a family rental condo in Hawaii for a few years, recectly completed my first 1031 Exchange on a property in Las Vegas and about to close on another SFH in Cleveland. I want to expand to other Mid-West markets in the future and focusing on Multi-Family Units. I'm interested in meeting and connecting with other local investors that invest OOS, investor friendly realtors, property managers, or contractors.
