I am a Canadian real estate investor, just starting out in the Chicago area. I am looking for 3 and 4 flats in south Chicago to possibly rehab, rent, and hold for long term cash flow. Later on I would like to get into commercial properties, but I thought 3 and 4 flats would be a good way to start.
