Hi Bigger Pockets! I have a background in show-business, but after the world was shaken by COVID-19 decided to finally face my fears and start investing in real estate. I am now a licensed agent in Phoenix, AZ. I specialize in Lease Options and have done over 30 deals in the first 6 moths of 2022. I've been working with a lot of the big Hedge Funds, but I'd love to share the strategy with private investors.
