Hello, I am a software developer and looking to get into the real estate investing realm. I am starting from scratch and am currently in the process of formulating a business plan. This year I will be purchasing my personal property and then begin saving for future rental properties. My drive to enter the real estate investment game is to become financially independent (or at least partially) by the time I start having a family.
