Ashley Kelker

Growing up in the Akron area, I was happy to attend Kent State and study Architecture after graduating high school. Following my time at Kent, I decided to move to Columbus. I loved the vibrancy of the Short North, the accessibility of the suburbs, the downtown revitalization efforts, and most importantly, the potential for personal and professional growth in a quickly expanding city. With a desire to really be a part of the community, I was drawn to the hospitality industry. I spent a decade in just about every facet of restaurant operations for some of the top establishments in Columbus. Restaurants allowed me to create an expansive personal network while developing keen knowledge of sales through a hospitable lens. I love to learn and find no shame in admitting when I don’t have an answer; I will always utilize my contacts and research until I can give you the best possible response! A lot of my free time is spent immersing myself in books on real estate investing, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and helping friends with hands-on construction for their investment properties (which I find very therapeutic!) Outside of that, you will find me training for and competing in triathlons (I completed my first Half Ironman race in 2018) or enjoying a Columbus-brewed IPA on my patio with my three dogs (it’s all about balance, right?) I’m thrilled to bring my passion for hospitality to clients and peers in the Columbus real estate community.
