Hey everyone! I’m retired military, and began investing in rentals to earn more passive income. I have been full time since the beginning of this year. I started out in the STR/MTR market and earlier this year I began advising and helping clients out with analyzing properties for STR/MTR, auditing underperforming properties or designing, training and listing STR/MTR properties, my company also offers management of these properties. I have helped clients all over the the US improve or launch successful STR/MTR properties. As I began my REI journey I realized my passion lies in restoring old homes. I am currently restoring multiple historic properties, which most investors shy away from. These are my bread and butter. Earlier this year I also started a wholesale company, and we acquire off market leads and dispo them to our private email investor list before sending them to other larger companies.
