Ashley Simcoe

I recently made a career change to become a licensed Realtor in the states of Missouri and Kansas. I come from 20+ years in the restaurant and people management. I am currently with REMAX and will soon be taking over my parents rental properties to help them manage. My brother is coming out of the service over the next year and we are planning on building a business of Real Estate investments to continue to grow over time. I got into Real Estate to help people through referrals and to learn more about the industry so when the time came for me to assist my parents I would have a better understanding of how to assess properties and numbers.
