I am 25 years old, looking to build my real estate portfolio. I plan on starting out with buy and holds and eventually doing some flips. I have experience in the electrical field and recently finished trade school for certification. I am also a federal employee as of right now, on the hunt for my first property and any advice/techniques that will help me advance & expand. Long Term: 5+ properties within the next 5 years, 10+ in the next 10 years with 8+ family-complexes and commercial properties. A great cash flow, and something to leave my son when he’s of age!
