I'm a mechanical engineer by education and worked in that space for 6 years. I discovered BP and REI while researching alternative construction methods to build a home and have never looked back. I have since become a licensed realtor and am looking to build strong friendships and agent relationships with other investors. We can partner, or I can simply help you find your next deal. Experience: I have a SFR in the Tulsa area that cash flows well and is now in an equity position that I almost can't believe. I am now using this to fund cash purchases of flips through a HELOC. Real Estate Goals: Flip SFRs unless BRRRR still makes sense, then use the gained capital to invest in long term hold BRRRR MFRs up to 100 units. Currently Seeking: Investor relationships and clients to partner with or simply represent for RE transactions.
