Atlas Magers

Hello RE World - I’m Atlas, currently living in San Diego, CA in a one bedroom condo with my fiancé and our 4 cats. After realizing the 9-5 gigs working to earn other people their money was slowly killing me with the knowledge that I’d either never be making quite enough myself or I’d be time broke if I were; I went on the hunt for actual advice on RE investing and discovered the BiggerPockets podcast. Hopefully the rest will be fantastic history! We are currently in the learning and 'do the work' stages but in wanting to not lose any more time nor become stuck in analysis paralysis our goal/deadline for our first purchase is the end of 2021! We’re looking for a 2-4 multi family to house hack while we begin our journey to financial freedom. We're looking both in state (though being so expensive it's not our focus) and out of state in such markets as Eugene/Springfield, Spokane, and Colorado Springs. We’re hoping to connect with like-minds, learn and absorb all we can, discover our own value to give, and begin surround ourselves with those further along eventually establishing our core4!
