John Syron

I own Aurelian Commercial Lending, a company that provides funding for real estate investors and small businesses. I also own Aurelian Capital which directly invests and partners with local real estate investors. Aurelian Commercial Lending has created financing programs which provides millions of dollars in financing for small and new real estate investors every week. For the past 34 years, I have built companies that have become the leaders in their respective fields through establishing a commitment to providing the highest level of quality and innovation. In 1990, I founded Vector Environmental Group Inc., a chemical engineering company focused on making significant environmental improvements. Vector started in a small warehouse with a leaky roof, a cement floor, and no heat in the blue-collar town of Flint Michigan. From nothing, Vector grew to become the leader in specialized technology and formed close relationships and partnerships with the largest and most prestigious companies in the world. Vector had manufacturing locations throughout the world and developed products that reduced energy consumption, created over 1000 new jobs and produced over 2.8 Billion dollars in earnings for it and one of its partners Ford Motor Company. While operating Vector, I created a private hedge fund, Global Generation Group LLC, which partnered with Goldman Sachs. Global invested in pre IPO companies including Facebook, and sold millions of dollars of options on the NYSE. In 2008, I founded The Aurelian Companies; which is the culmination of over 34 years experience in international business and finance. Throughout my career it has been my core belief that if you provide people the knowledge and tools that could change the world – someone may actually do it. The Aurelian Companies was founded to implement programs to build on that belief. The Aurelian Company’s goal in 2015 is to provide education to entrepreneurs and to help them acquire over 50 million dollars in capital to start and grow business ventures in all fields. I am proud to say that everyone at Aurelian has contributed significant amounts of their time in support of my charitable foundation, The Syron Foundation. I started the Syron Foundation to help children in need and to support programs, which safeguard, engage and inspire children throughout the world.
