I work for a general contractor specializing in multi-family construction. I have overseen construction of over 600 units with project costs around 120 million. I have transitioned into the residential division developing spec houses in North East Florida. I am responsible for assisting with land acquisition and project management. I am new to real estate investing and want to take my construction knowledge to investing. I am primarily interested in multi-family and commercial real estate. I am looking to expand my knowledge and connect with other investors!
