Austin Kolb

I'm Austin Kolb, a Penn State University graduate with a degree in Agribusiness Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. I currently work in agricultural advertising, helping businesses grow through strategic marketing, but my long-term passion is real estate investing. I'm at the beginning of my investing journey and am actively preparing to purchase my first multifamily property. My plan is to start with a small owner-occupied multifamily using FHA financing, build experience through value-add investing, and steadily scale into larger apartment communities. My long-term goal is to own 50+ rental units while creating sustainable cash flow, building generational wealth, and eventually investing in larger multifamily developments. I believe in buying for the long term rather than chasing quick flips. I'm focused on finding properties with strong fundamentals, opportunities to increase value, and the ability to generate long-term returns. I'm always looking to connect with experienced investors, lenders, brokers, contractors, and like-minded individuals who are willing to share ideas, collaborate on opportunities, and grow together.
