Hi, I'm Austin. Born and raised in West Allis, Wisconsin. I left for the United States Navy at 20 years old in the hopes of making a positive impact on my life. I'm sure glad I made that decision because my wife's and my life are totally better because of it. I recently separated from service after spending 4 years on the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis. Now, my wife and I currently reside in Kennewick, WA while I am completing an apprenticeship opportunity I couldn't pass up. After the apprenticeship is completed we will have some options on where want to take our adventure next pending job and life opportunities. Since separating from the service and having a more stable living situation, I am looking to get into real estate investing as a side hustle and eventually make it a full time job to once again, improve my family's and my own life. I am most interested in house hacking and buy & hold possibilities. My wife and I have never owned a house. However, I have spent a substantial amount of time researching house hacking and ultimately decided it is our best course of action considering we do not need a single family home yet and the cash flow possibility from a multi-family household would allow us to use our full time job's income towards future investments.
