About myself
I have been a buy and hold investor since 2019. I have just 4 units and would like to acquire 30 more. My goal is to leave my job so I can spend my time with my wife and kids. I would like to learn more about sourcing deals and also creative financing strategies. I would also be open to learning about other operating strategies in general. Strengths = analyzing, underwriting, negotiating Weaknesses = sourcing deals, marketing, small network
