I am a CCIM, commercial real estate agent and investor in Amarillo, TX and work form Mays Inc. We are a fourth generation family company specializing in commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, and advisory services. My wife and I also own and manage 41 single family rental properties in Amarillo, TX with Black Bear Holdings LLC. I love real estate, because I l believe it is the fastest way to gain financial independence through cash-flow, appreciation, leverage, and tax benefits. This is a personal preference, but other asset classes don't bring as much to the table as real estate does! I love meeting and learning from other real estate investors.
