I currently own one single family residence which i've been renting out for 6 months. I am under contract on a second single family home that I will be house hacking. Once that is all set and i'm moved in and it's up and running I will be starting my adventure on flipping homes. I am very new to flipping homes but will be looking to change that over the coming months. The reason I want to be successful in real estate is so I can have more time to spend in a week on things I enjoy, such as: spending time with family, mountain biking, purchasing more properties. GOALS: For the first half of 2020 I would like to have flipped a single property with hopes to have learned a lot and be able to continue to grow down that road.
