I reside in Atlanta, but I secured my first rental property in 2004 in my home state of SC. I had no idea what I was doing back then, but I've learned a lot over the years from first- hand experience and Bigger Pockets. A recent renovation of my primary home in Atlanta has infused my real estate investing interest and I'm now wanting to add to my rental porfolio or fix and flip in Ga or SC. I plan to maintain my job as an attorney for now, but continuing to learn and connect to fellow investors, contractors, realtors, lending institutions (including hard money and private lendors) to grow my business.
