Avree Anderson

Hello! I am a Student Naval Aviator currently living in Corpus Christi, Texas. As an Active Duty member of the Navy, real estate is not my primary priority, but it holds a close second. I currently own two single family rentals (both VA loan purchases) and plan to continue buying single-family or small multifamily properties regularly moving forward. My long-term goals include creating a portfolio of rental properties that can match or exceed my income by the time I transition out of the military (2032 or later). I am currently seeking connections with real estate professionals and investors at any stage in their journey with the goal of growing in community with others and providing value to like-minded people. My primary areas of interest are currently house hacking, small-medium multifamily, and flipping. If you would like to connect please do not hesitate to reach out to me!
