I'm a new investor who owns a rental property in Cleveland OH. I want to expand my 1-4 unit rental portfolio in the next 2-3 years, and look into larger apartment buildings in the long run, though I'm very open to try other strategies as I learn. My current target market is Cleveland, but would also like to explore Columbus, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, and Kansas City.
