I live in AZ formerly of MN and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker for the past 14 years. In that time I have also been buying and holding property and also fix and flipping and buying NPL's. I am now working in the Indianapolis market buying up whatever I can find that seems like a great deal. I am also looking to expand into Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, St,. Louis and Kansas City. I am also looking for a few vacation rentals in Florida, mainly Gulf Coast, but OK with Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area as well.
