I house hacked my first three rental properties before it was called house hacking. From there I continued to buy cash flow producing duplexes and single family homes. I had managed 21 units and was complacent for 10 years. Then my friend got me listening to Grant Cardone and Bigger Pockets. In 2019 I added 16 units. Then in 2020, I bought 12 more units and partnered with my friend Mike to buy another 26 units. That is when things got crazy. Now Mike and I have over 150 units and my total portfolio is over 200! I have also flipped some houses and duplexes in the past. I am still looking to grow my cash flow and buy larger multifamily properties.
