Adam Kakuska

My name is Adam Kakuska and I am interested in getting started in real estate investing in CA. A few months ago I googled “best real estate books and podcasts and bigger pockets came up all over the place so I started listening to the podcast and eventually became a pro member. Experience: I purchased my first home in 2014 at age 22 and sold it 2 years later. I bought my second home which is a duplex and potentially a very good buy and hold property that I would love to rent out in the near future. I i also want to purchase more buy and hold properties to get my real estate journey started. Real Estate Goals: I want to get enough cash flowing rental properties under my belt so I can have the option to quit my job and go full time in real estate and achieve financial freedom.
