Husband and I started out by purchasing a duplex in Nashville TN in 2015 with a partner. We are now up to 44 units in all. We are now transitioning into larger deals, mostly interested in commercial multifamily apartments but will still consider SFH and Duplexes if it makes sense. Right now we are only looking in DFW (mostly Fort Worth area), Nashville, TN and Lexington, KY Buy and holds only, no flips.
