Hi. I'm a real estate investor interested in investing in my first multi-family apartment building here in the state of Indiana. As a new investor, I'm looking to start with a small 4-12 unit property with value add potential and great cash flow. I'm actively building my team and am in search of a mentor with experience in acquiring, closing, and managing multi-family apartments.
