I'm an investor who believes in diversification both in real estate and equities. I’ve invested in a variety of properties including single family, 4-plexes, student housing, self-storage, manufactured housing and syndicated apartment deals. While I've had good experiences thus far I know there's still plenty to learn. I'm always seeking new opportunities and have a thirst for knowledge in this space especially. I'm also a commercial finance professional with 30+ years experience working with borrowers, banks and private lending institutions around the country, with an appetite for all types of commercial loans. With respect to commercial RE lending, we’re primarily focused on Conventional, SBA and hard money loans. We also handle general business financing including refinancing & debt restructuring, business acquisition financing, loans for expansion & remodeling, equipment financing, asset based lending, factoring / receivables financing, working capital and merchant card processing. I consider myself and my company (EverGreen Financial, Inc.) a tremendous asset to our customers because of experience transacting a large variety of deal types within more than a dozen industry sectors. Plus, our large network within the banking / lending community, both inside and outside the CRE sector, allows us to be extremely nimble. There aren’t many loan requests we don't have a solution for.
