Dave B.

I lived in Austin for 20+ years, where I did slow flips. Now recently moved to the Houston area, back a little closer to my original hometown in southeast TX. I've lived in various places, including in the jungles of central America, and in a truck camper, van-living around the US and Canada. I'm an avid surfer and traveler, and own homes in Texas and Colombia. Having only slow flipped, I'm now working to quickly build a BRRRR'd portfolio of MTR's to create financial independence that will enable my family to more easily split our time between Houston, Colombia and other parts of the world. Looking to connect with others with shared interests, and seeking mentors!
