Colleen Cunningham

Licensed Interior Designer (NCIDQ) with many years of experience working with large multi-family investment groups and ground-up developers. After many years of watching my clients create cash flowing properties, and earn millions on the sale of properties that I helped design...you can bet I started trying to figure out how to do the same for myself! I am currently lining up capital to acquire at least 1 rental property this year and hope to maintain that modest pace each year moving forward until my rental cash flow has replaced my current W2 income. If any investors here at BP are looking for a designer to help them work up space plans, or pro tips on material palettes please reach out! I would love to collaborate and build my BP network!
