I am a Licensed Home Inspector in Washington State. My W2 job is a project manager for a national flipping company. At any given time I have 10-20 active rehabs going which all vary in scope. I personally am a buy and hold investor with 6 doors to my name. I am seeking partnerships and strong relationships to build on my business.
