I began my investment career at the age of 12 when my father had me read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and he had me work on his Apartment Complex to earn money for my first investment. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as planned and I had to start my investment career by buying my first primary residence and renting out rooms to my friends (House Hacking). I am currently Active Duty in the Air Force, have a wife, and a child on the way.
