About myself
I just moved to Denver from Boston and am looking to get into a 5 or 6-plex. I'm trying to work out the financing though and what I can afford. Looking to buy and hold. A 20-unit apartment building is my eventual goal. Will try and 1031 whatever I buy in Denver.
